The breakfast items left for us were a nice touch and greatly appreciated. The house was also well equipped with everything we needed. Additionally, the lovely garden was a great place to relax and unwind.
On the downside, the cleanliness of the flat was not up to standards. It was dusty, with cobwebs, and generally grimy.

My recent stay at Holbrook House in Cambridge was absolutely fantastic. I was in town for a hospital visit and the location of the hotel was ideal, just a short walk away. The house itself was well-equipped, with all the necessary appliances in working order. The highlight for me was the lovely garden, where I spent some peaceful moments. , the breakfast items that were left for us, including bread, eggs, bacon.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Spacious accommodation with garden views. The property is conveniently situated near the University of Cambridge, making it perfect for exploring the city's historic charm. And let me tell you, the towels they provide are so fluffy and soft, it's like being hugged by little clouds.

Free WiFi was a highlight, but the garden views weren't much to write home about. A decent distance away from the University of Cambridge.

The location of the house was perfect for us as it was just a short walk away from the hospital. The house was well equipped and had a lovely garden. We really appreciated the breakfast items that were left for us, including bread, eggs, bacon, butter. The appliances in the house worked well, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
We felt very well looked after during our stay and had no complaints at all.

The cleanliness of the house needs improvement. the countertops were grimy and there was leftover food from previous guests in the microwave, which was quite a shocking discovery.
